Colds & Flue are nuisance diseases that come along mostly in winter.
Recently doctors have developed a great marketing plan of inoculating usually older or unwell people against flu.
As the flue usually changes every year, and sometimes a rare unknown variety of flue turns up like the bird flu of recent years, most people are given the flu virus in advance to get their immune system ready to fight its appearance.
But it is the immune system that inoculations are relying on.
If you have a great immune system you don’t need inoculations as it will work with any and all flues. It will also get any rogue ones that surprise the medics from time to time.
In areas where colds and flu are prevalent I would suggest 2 possible ways of preventing the nasty sniffles. CanTea and the only other supplement I recommend for fighting diseases, Colloidal Silver. There is no disease that can survive Colloidal Silver. I have been using it for 20+ years. I was the first to import it into the UK in 1995.
When I was stopped selling Essiac by the Australia Government in 1995 I had to take my family to the UK. We lived there for 10 years. My children were 3 years and the second a babe of 3 months. For 10 years they went through the cold winters of the UK’s Beds/Bucks/Herts area, and as most of the 10 years were spewnt at pre-school and school they came in contact with many infections.

You see the teacher had asked if she had lots of colds and flu in the UK.
But because I had the tea and the Colloidal Silver y children had not got either a cold or flu even though we walked to school and back home every day often in the snow. She did not know what the teacher was talking about Colds & Flu.
Many people pointed out to me this fact, but the best is certainly Mr Higgs (see the green button). He had an incurable cancer that the doctors could not treat or locate the primary source of over a number of years and disfiguring surgeries and radiation treatments. But when he came to me for help, and stopped the chemo and radiation and surgery, he also stopped getting colds and flu thanks to the tea. And if anyone was susceptible to disease like colds and flu he certainly was, and he lived in the cold north of England too.
If employees were given some Colloidal Silver and CanTea every day, it would be a lot better for employees and employers than the billions they loose every year in sick days! Similarly, they would prevent many other diseases too. But it might seriously cut into the doctors’ wealth programs.
